In recent years, people’s health awareness has significantly increased. Fortunately, alcohol and nicotine consumption are decreasing, many people are changing their diet, physical activity has become a matter of course for many of us, and health prevention is increasingly important.
We often find that people are uncertain about what a healthy lifestyle can be for them, are confused by the mass of health advice published daily in the media, and have outdated ideas about healthy eating and lifestyle, often adopted from their own childhood – dogmas, so to speak, which it can be useful to question.
We help them bring a little order into this. Not dogmatically, not a theory that applies to everyone, and always with the goal of making life joyful and pleasurable.
